Return Process

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Sanitize and Pack

  Ensure any eligible unworn apparel is in its original packaging; for used items under our guarantee, please rinse and dry thoroughly before packing.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to your reusable mailer or a box of your choice.

  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a store credit within 5-7 business days.
